The Bressler Family has a long history of working with
automobiles in the Berks County area. The senior Bressler, Irvin, father of the current President, who died in
1986, had been a service station owner and car dealer since the 1930's. So it was a natural move for his son, Irving,
to purchase the AutoSpa of Wyomissing in 1991. Irv, along with is wife, Louise and two sons, Brad and Brennan,
took control of the AutoSpa operation in August 1991, concentrating their efforts on making the AutoSpa a premier
carwash and detail center on the east coast.
As life-long residents of Berks County, the Bresslers have shown the ability to perform outstanding service, knowing
what the local clientele expects, as they continue to provide employment opportunities to the community at large.
In 2003 the Bresslers decided to add a gift shop and customer lounge to their operation. It has proven to be a
hit with the customers as they await the completion of their car wash. Customers can be seen relaxing, having a
cup of coffee or snack, conversing with others from the community.
The AutoSpa and the Bressler Family is also an active and involved member of the community. "We strongly believe
that we need to give back to the community who we serve," the Bresslers have said. They have held numerous
fundraisers to help non-profit organizations raise money to support children in the area. Some of the groups that
have been seen at the AutoSpa are: The Wilson High School Cheerleaders, The Buccaneers Drum and Bugle Corp., Muscular
Dystrophy, the Leukemia Society, and numerous other sports and non-profit groups, all who have benefited from the
generosity of the AutoSpa.
With the growth of their community, the Bresslers continue to strive to serve their customers and the community
in which they live.
